Q. branch change

i am student of BE from rgtu .
i have to change my branch EX to civil please can i know about the rule of branch change.
i am all clear in 1st sem and 2 nd sem.
please send the information about of this subject...

Ans. marne ke iye EC chuni thi dono sem mai clear hai sale to pahl sem se hi l lta civil btu ghusn ka rasta mil jata hai par bahar niklne ka rasta nahi milta hai samjha pakad EC aur issi s bahar nikal ja
